SR Audio has produced events for national brands, broadcasters and government offices since 2001, and we plan every one around the moment it has to work: the CEO walking on stage, the video playing on cue, the remote presenter being heard in the back row.
We bring the whole package – speakers and microphones, LED walls or projection, stage lighting, staging and a show-calling crew – so you deal with one company, one quote and one point of contact from the walkthrough to the last case on the truck.

A main stage that looks like your brand: LED walls or projection screens, stage wash and key light for presenters, lectern and wireless microphones, and a front-of-house team that cues every slide, video and walk-up.

Dinner sound that stays clear without drowning conversation, uplighting and pin spots for the room, a stage for the program and the band, and video for sponsors and award reels.
Hybrid and recorded sessions
Multicamera packages and video control for sessions that are recorded or streamed, so remote attendees see and hear the same show as the room.

From first call to load-out
Tell us about the event
Date, venue, audience size and what you want people to see and hear. A quick call or the quote form is enough to start.
Design and quote
We put together the package and an itemized quote. For bigger productions we draw it in CAD and 3D so you can see it before it is built.
Delivery and setup
Our crew loads in, builds, tests and walks it with you before doors – on schedule, from our own warehouse.
Show and strike
Our engineers and technicians run the show, then strike and load out so the venue gets its room back on time.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide technicians for corporate events?
Yes. Every corporate package can include our own engineers and technicians to set up, run the show and strike. Most clients have us run audio, video and lighting so their team can focus on the guests.
Can you work in hotels and convention centers?
Yes. We regularly work in hotels, convention centers and theaters, and we coordinate with the venue’s in-house team on power, rigging and load-in times.
Can you show us the setup before the event?
Yes. For larger events we prepare CAD drawings and 3D renderings of the stage, screens and lighting so you can approve the look before anything is built.
Do you handle events outside Michigan?
Yes. We have warehouses in Detroit, Atlanta and Miami and travel nationally with our own gear and crew.
